Salerno's Italian
Restaurant
About us
For more than 40 years, Salerno’s Italian Restaurant has been serving North Texas with the same family recipes, warm hospitality, and commitment to quality that inspired its founding in 1985. Built on generations of Italian tradition, Salerno’s was created with a simple mission: to treat every guest like family while serving authentic Italian dishes made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. From memorable family dinners and date nights to celebrations and community gatherings, Salerno’s has become a local tradition where great food, generous portions, and genuine service come together. Decades later, our passion remains unchanged—sharing the flavors, values, and welcoming spirit that have made Salerno’s a beloved part of the community for generations.
We strive to create a family atmosphere and ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience. We strongly encourage all of our employees to adopt these principles in their day-to-day interactions with customers and with one another.
Although Dallas is a foodie paradise, Salerno's Italian restaurant is strategically located in Highland Village, so that we can be involved civically and charitably in the local community. The restaurant concept consists of:
- Scratch made family recipes using the freshest ingredients
- Quick, friendly service in a full-service atmosphere
- Generous portions at low prices
This formula is essential to our success, because we aim to give our guests an exceptional experience, each and every time..
Compared to most restaurants, our advertising budget is very low. We believe that our best marketing strategy is to delivery delicious food at fair prices, demonstrating our appreciation from the minute a customer enters the door until they say their farewells after the meal. Once someone dines with us, we consider them a customer for LIFE. We want all of our patrons to feel valued and enjoy a relaxed meal in a family-friendly environment. Our business is built on word of mouth-the best advertising known to mankind-and the better we serve you, the more word will spread!
