A little about me

Miguel started with our business in 1986 working with his brothers Manuel and Jesus. He trained under award-winning Chef Morris Salerno and moved his way up the ranks in the kitchen to become our Executive Chef in 1994. An integral part of our family business, Miguel also is a loyal and loving husband, father and grandfather.
